Itt minden jelenleg ismert edzői megjegyzés a jelentésükkel együtt olvasható. Egy edzésről szóló jelentésben minden felsorolt kategóriából legfeljebb egy üzenet szerepelhet csak, kivéve a Szintlépés kategóriát.
Elsődlegesen edzett képesség
Az edző megmondja az elsődlegesen edzett képesség aktuális szintjét egy ebből a képességből eddig ismeretlen szintű, legalább 45 percet edzett pozícióban játszott játékosodra vonatkozóan (feltéve, hogy van ilyened).

A meccs után az edző beszámol egy véletlenszerűen kiválasztott, nem edzett képességről. A kapusok képességéről és a pontrúgásról szóló beszámolóra ne nagyon számíts. Ha a nem edzett képességből legalább egy játékos maximális szintje még ismeretlen, akkor az adott képességből a három legjobb, még nem felfedett maximális szinttel rendelkező játékos közül kiválaszt egyet, és megmondja, meddig fejlődhet az adott képessége.

Tippek az edzésre
Az edző tippet adhat egy játékos edzésére vonatkozóan. Ez azt jelenti, hogy a játékos rendelkezik az említett képességből a legnagyobb fejlődési lehetőséggel. Képesség nem tud tovább fejlődni
A játékos ebből a képességből már nem tud fejlődni, még szinten belül sem. Ha több, az edző által még nem jelentett, teljesen kiedzett játékosod is van, akkor véletlenszerű, hogy melyikkel kapcsolatban kapod ezt az üzenetet. Ha mind a jelenlegi, mind pedig a maximálisan elérhető képességszintek ismertek, a teljesen kiedzett képességeket a Hattrickben a képességjelző sáv sárga színűre váltása jelzi.
