Scouten säger alltid något om den nuvarande förmågenivå och en potential. Han kan nämna en specialitet (om han inte kommentera detta, innebär det inte nödvändigtvis betyda att spelaren inte har någon specialitet) och allroundförmågenivån.
Du kan låta din scout söka efter en speciell typ av spelare eller vilken typ av spelare som helst. Ska du söka efter en speciell typ av spelare (till exempel mittfältare) är det ändå inte säkert att scouten erbjuder dej en sådan spelare, du har bara en större chans att hitta en sådan spelare. Om du letar efter vilken typ av spelare som helst kommer du oftare att hitta en användbar spelare. Är du ute efter en speciell typ av spelare kommer dock dina chanser att hitta en topp-spelare att minska!

Nuvarande förmåga
Scouten nämner en aktuell förmågenivå i en av spelarens förmågor. Den nämnda förmågan tillhör en av de bästa tre bästa möjliga förmågorna. Om han är fullt tränad i denna förmåga, hör den till hans tre bästa förmågor. Det kan också vara subförmåga (en decimal i kompetensnivå) som är avgörande.

Potential (max. uppnåbara förmågenivå)
Scouten nämner den högsta nivå som är möjlig att uppnå i en förmåga. Den förmåga som nämns är en av spelarens tre bästa möjliga förmågor.

Samlade färdigheter - Allround
För att beräkna den övergripande förmågan beräknas medelvärdet av nuvarande (när spelaren scoutas) och maximal förmågenivå för junioren för varje förmåga (förutom fasta situationer) - i båda fallen ignoreras delnivåer (avrundas uppåt till närmaste heltal). Därefter beräknas medelvärdet av de tre högsta medelvärdena och avrundas till närmaste heltal. Detta heltal representerar sedan den övergripande förmågan.
Eftersom nuvarande nivå ofta är okänd när spelaren scoutas är det gamla sättet att dela upp förmågepoängen (baserat på övergripande förmåga) till de bästa tre potentiella förmågorna fortfarande användbara.
Förmågenivå - fördelningsbara förmågepoäng: Dålig - 9 till 12, Hyfsad - 12 till 15, Bra - 15 till 18, Ypperlig - 18 till 21, Enastående - 21-24

| 1 | Well, what can I say? He keeps you guessing - it's an unpredictable player, if you know how to use him he might be of interest to you. |

Specialitet - Teknisk
| 1 | You can often see this guy doing beautiful moves in training - it is one of his defining traits. |
| 2 | This player is technical, you can see that from a mile away. Consider that when you build the team. |
| 3 | It is hard to evaluate this player without mentioning his technical skills, he seems to have a natural love for the ball. |
Specialitet - Snabb
| 1 | This player is certainly quick, which is never a bad thing for a footballer in this day and age. |
| 2 | This is a little speedball - always on the move, and faster than most. I hope he can learn to use that ability on the field... |
| 3 | This kind of player is useful, he is very quick, now all he needs to learn is to play football as well. |
Specialitet - Återhämtare
| 1 | One thing I heard about this player is that he heals faster than most when he gets injured. Let's hope he never has to show us that. |
| 2 | This guy looks nothing special, but at least the doctors tell us he has a good capacity for rehabilitation when he has been injured. |

Specialitet - Vattenbärare
| 1 | This young man always goes out of his way to help his friends, even if it means some extra work. It is an asset in life, but also on the pitch! |

| 3 | I don’t want to sound like a whiny old git, but many youngsters of today are only in this game to get famous. This one is different. All he wants is for the team to excel! |
